These terms govern the use of exporac.com and the logistics services rendered by EXPORAC S.A.S., a Colombian company headquartered in Bogotá, NIT 900.XXX.XXX-X.

2. Services
EXPORAC acts as a bidirectional logistics operator for import, export, customs brokerage, warehousing and B2B consulting. The scope of each engagement is defined in the quote accepted by the client.
3. Quotes
Quotes issued by EXPORAC are valid for 7 calendar days unless otherwise stated. Prices include the items detailed in the document and exclude taxes, tariffs and unlisted concepts.
4. Client obligations
The client warrants the accuracy of declared information (HS code, value, origin, nature of the goods) and is liable for penalties arising from inaccurate information or missing documentation.
5. Liability
EXPORAC's liability is governed by applicable Colombian regulation (Decree 1165 of 2019 and related rules) and the limits agreed for each operation. EXPORAC is not liable for third-party acts, force majeure or fortuitous events.
6. Data processing
Personal data collected through this site is processed under Law 1581 of 2012 and our Privacy Policy. Titleholders may exercise their rights by writing to soporte@exporac.com.
7. Changes
EXPORAC may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Bogotá D.C.
